Extruder Unit
The extruder has several parts:
the extruder body, the motor, the transmission & speed change devices, the extruding unit, the die, the heater element, and the pressure adjustment unit.
The extruding unit adopts the structure that has one main extruding screw shaft.
One-color, two-color, three-color extruder optional.
The main extruding screw has 50mm and 65mm 
 

Water Cooling Tank
It is constructed of stainless steel # 304 ,3.5 meter / 4.5 meter long
It is used to cool down the pipe temperature and is easy to form

Cutting Machine

The cutter head is been improved to be thicker, and the cutting machine performance is more stable.

This unit can produce both sharp-end and straight straws; it can produce both sharp-end straws, cutting two pieces at a time, and straight-end straws, cutting one piece at a time.
