KZ50 PLA extrusion machine is designed for making PLA Drinking Straws

Feature: 

1. The gears and bearings are precision ground and hardened to ensure smooth and quiet operations.
2. The screw and barrel are manufactured from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel and are stress relieved.
3. The die undergoes nitride hardening treatment for a long service time.
4. The water tank and the surface of the cutting machine are made of 304 stainless steel.
5. The main extruder's screw is designed to suit the plastic material specified. Tube die head assembly manufactured in tool steel.
