Product Description
The 021 Flexible Straw Bending Machine is an advanced forming machine designed to transform straight drinking straws into flexible ones. This fully automated system streamlines the entire process, requiring only that the operator feeds straight straws into the hopper. Once inserted, the straight straws are fed individually into the main drum of the machine, where they are clamped by two mechanical arms. As the main drum rotates, the straws pass through two rotary dies, which apply pressure to bend them into flexible shapes. The machine then compresses the straws with the mechanical arms and automatically outputs the finished product. The main drum continuously holds 12 straws, ensuring a high production capacity for efficient operation.
