Product Description
This is a small pipe extrusion line. It is composed of an extruder and dies, a Vacuum calibration and cooling unit, a Traction device, and a rotary cutting device, All the machine's controls are based on the control elements that are ergonomically adapted. This machine is easy to operate.
This extrusion machine can be used with a wide range of applications:
1. Food industry: producing drinking straws, Lollipop sticks, Coffee stirring sticks, etc.
2. The other industry: producing ball pen refill, Cotton swab sticks, brake pipe, and some pipe use for the industry.
3. ONE operator is sufficient to run the line
4. Cut-End: 90°/90°,90°/45°,90°/60°,45°/45°,60°/60
5. Colors: Single, two, or three, Spiral stripes, straight stripes.
The extruder has several parts:
the extruder body, the motor, the transmission & speed change devices, the extruding unit, the die, the heater element, and the pressure adjustment unit.
The extruding unit adopts the structure that has one main extruding screw shaft.
One-color, two-color, three-color extruder optional.
The main extruding screw has 50mm and 65mm
It is constructed of stainless steel # 304 4.5 meter
It used to cool down the pipe temperature and easy to forming
This unit can produce both sharp end and straight straws, it can produce both sharp end straws, cutting two pieces at a time , and straight end straws, cutting one piece at a time .
