The plastic extruder is the core unit of the straw production line. It melts raw materials such as PP or PE and extrudes them into long, continuous tubes through a forming die. After extrusion, the hot plastic straws are guided into the cooling water tank to solidify and maintain their round shape. The stainless-steel tank is equipped with adjustable water levels and a guiding system to ensure straightness and uniform cooling.
