The plastic extruder is the core unit of the straw production line. It melts raw materials such as PP or PE and extrudes them into long, continuous tubes through a forming die. Features include stable output, energy-efficient operation, and high-precision temperature control for consistent quality.

After extrusion, the hot plastic straws are guided into the cooling water tank to solidify and maintain their round shape. The stainless-steel tank is equipped with adjustable water levels and a guiding system to ensure straightness and uniform cooling.

This unit pulls the cooled straws at a constant speed and cuts them into precise lengths. It includes a speed-adjustable motor and a high-precision cutting blade system, ensuring smooth and accurate cuts with minimal waste.
